Built by an operator who'd seen it from the inside.

Before Laser Sight, our founder spent years inside other Amazon agencies — and watched the same pattern repeat: senior specialists spread across 20+ accounts each, account leads who couldn't name half their clients' top SKUs, and brands paying enterprise rates for what was effectively part-time attention.

At the worst of it, he was personally managing 23 active accounts. Nobody on that account list was getting the rigor an enterprise Amazon program actually needs. He vowed that if he ever ran the show, he'd never do that to brands again.
