Goals:

The goals with this client were to ensure we have full Amazon Advertising coverage on all ASINs and categories. In addition, they wanted to develop a brand store and increase their advertising sales figures.

Challenges:

They struggled for months prior to connecting with Laser Sight Digital. Part of their frustration was attempting to understand all the nuisances involved in Amazon Advertising and making sure they have complete catalog coverage. They quickly understood that they needed professional management to grow their marketing efforts on Amazon.

Results:

Our first steps were to address their immediate concerns and make sure we had ASIN coverage on all their categories so all ASINs can receive impressions from Amazon Advertising. Beauty

Goals:

Top-selling beauty manufacturer wanted to lower their ACoS, expand on their product catalog, especially ASINs that traditionally did not perform well on Amazon Advertising, and increase their overall impression count month-over-month.

Challenges:

Laser Sight Digital first had to conduct an audit on their Amazon Advertising account and identify areas of insufficient ad spend and keyword bidding techniques. Once our team identified the under-utilization of their ad budget and why previous past campaigns were failing, we quickly implemented our campaign and keyword optimizations across their entire account.

Results:

The results were staggering! We decreased ACoS by 33%, while staying true to their tertiary goal of increasing impressions by 12%. We also set up additional new campaigns which ensures coverage on all their beauty categories.

Fitness

Goals:

The client’s ACoS was hovering around 40% and their immediate Amazon Advertising goal was to decrease the ACoS below 25% and decrease their CPC (cost-per-click). They also realized that their listings were not optimized appropriately, which contributed to their high ACoS.

Challenges:

Our team analyzed not only their advertising account, but also all of their ASIN listings. We found that they had not yet implemented A+ (Enhanced Brand) Content. We swiftly implemented engaging graphics for their A+ content because we know having A+ content increases conversions anywhere from 10 – 20%. 

Results:

Through our listing optimizations and appropriate campaign set up, we decreased their CPC by 17% and decreased their ACoS to 19.39% for 2018, which was well below their 2018 goal of 25% ACoS, shattering all client expectations.

Office Products

Goals:

This is a more budget conscious client as their product offerings are new to the space (less than 2 years) so they wanted us to recommend an ad budget for the entire year and stick to it. They also wanted to achieve an average ACoS of 20% and they needed help with listing optimizations as their ASINs were relatively new on Amazon.

Challenges:

Our team conducted another advertising account audit and listing optimization audit to identify weaknesses in their campaign set up and their listings. We found many gaps in their product detail page titles and a lack of enhanced brand content even though they were brand registered with Amazon.

Results:

By re-hauling their entire advertising account, we were able to not only stick to our recommended budget month-to-month, we achieved a 14% ACoS for the year, which is 6% lower than expectations! Our content team also implemented enhanced brand content and improved titles and bullets to improve their listing SEO which resulted in more organic sell-through and increased conversions in our marketing efforts.

Licensing

Goals:

This Vendor licenses their products and was completely brand new to Amazon Advertising. They have a catalog of over twenty thousand ASINs and wanted us to advertise all twenty thousand ASINs. They also came from a previous agency which left a bad taste in their mouth.

Challenges:

We are a client-focused agency, so our immediate initiative was to develop a bi-weekly touch base with the client to foster trust and transparency throughout the entire Advertising process. We discussed not only advertising strategy, but why we making the changes we recommend. We also scrapped all the inefficient campaigns that the previous agency had set up and created our own foundation of strong and well run campaigns. 

Results:

Through our client focused approach, we gained their trust and the client allowed us to spend more than the budget due to their first month (November 2018) ending in a 20x return on ad spend! We lowered their ACoS by 85% compared to their previous agency and increased their Amazon Advertising impressions by 83% year-over-year.

seasonal

Goals:

If you were wondering if we can help seasonal businesses, the answer is yes! Our client wanted to lower last year’s impressive ACoS of 19% to below 15% in 2018 (not easy to do!). Not only that, but they had another ambition goal of increases sales year-over-year. They are a mature business and had already gone through the brand awareness stage and now wanted to focus strictly on performance and sales.

Challenges:

With an ambition goal, the Laser Sight Digital team had to do some self-reflection and audit our past year’s performance to figure out how we could improve upon our results from the previous year. We reworked their entire campaign structure and became more granular by creating category specific campaigns and improving their listings through SEO and A+ (enhanced brand) content.

Results:

The results were amazing! We increased their impression by 32% with our reworked campaign structure. We also generated a year-over-year increase of 51% in sales. This all culminated to a 10% lower ACoS of 9.06%! This is a great highlight of our team’s skills on how we can help mature Amazon businesses continue to succeed on Amazon.
